| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 02, 2007, Honda Siel Power Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to shift its manufacturing facility from Rudrapur to Greater Noida for economic reasons and to transfer all employees to Greater Nodia effective August 25, 2008. Accordingly the production has stopped with effect from that date. There have been some IR (Industrial Relations) disturbances due to this, which are in the process of being sorted out, pursuant to which the process of shifting will commence. |
