| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd with respect to news article appearing in DNA on April 25, 2015 titled "Adani sole bidder for Kerala container port"
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd replied stating "We would like to inform that we had submitted a bid which has been opened, which news has been picked up by the media. Till date, we had not received any communication on award of the same and hence, we have nothing to update on the matter. If there is any development that requires disclosure under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, we will make the same in accordance with the Regulatory requirements." |
