1. To approve Un - Audited Financial Results along with Limited review report submitted by Statutory Auditor for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015 pursuant to regulation 33 of Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement, 2015.
2. Adoption of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) including authorizing any Director of the Company to enter into amended Listing Agreement and submission of the same to BSE and any other applicable authorities, if required. |
