| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sahara Housingfina Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 23, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on March 31, 2009 and the Reports of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. Ranoj Dasgupta & Shri. Brijendra Sahay, as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Chaturvedi & Co. Chartered Accountants, Kolkata as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Re-appointment of Shri. D J Bagchi, as Chief Executive Officer as Manager of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. July 31, 2009, on remuneration terms & conditions. |
