| Exchange Disseminated Time | Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2014, inter alia, has approved / noted the following:
- Mr. Anil Khandekar has been appointed as a Manager under the Companies Act, 1956 (designated as a Chief Executive Officer) w.e.f. April 01, 2014. He will succeed Mr. Neeraj Kumar, the present Manager, who will be stepping down from his position w.e.f. March 31. 2014 in view of his proposed transfer to Tata AutoComp Systems Limited.
The approval of the shareholders for appointment and remuneration of Mr. Khandekar will be sought by way of a Postal Ballot. |
