1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.
2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-2015.
Further, In this connection, as per the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in securities of the Company would remain closed from May 22, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives. |
