- Issue closing date: October 13, 2014
- Last date for receipt of the split application form: October 07, 2014
The Issue period may be extended, subject to the total issue period not exceeding thirty calendar days.
Further, the Rights Issue Committee also approved the Letter of Offer for filing with Stock Exchanges and SEBI. |
