- To consider and approve the sub-division of the shares from Rs. 2 each fully paid up to Re. 1 each fully paid up.
Further, in accordance with the Company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading & code of corporate disclosure practices, the trading window shall be closed w.e.f. June 01, 2016 till the conclusion of 48 hours of the Board meeting. |
