| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ankit Metal & Power Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 24, 2007, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:
1. Considered & adopted the Audited Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and the report of the Board of Directors and Auditor’s thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Kumar Patni as Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. R Kothari & Company., Chartered accountants, as Auditor of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting & Board of Directors is authorized to fix their remuneration.
4. Appointment of Mr. Rohit Patni as Joint Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 Years w.e.f. August 27, 2007 and payment of remuneration to him.
5. Re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Singh as Director (Works) of the Company for a further period of 1 year w.e.f. July 03, 2007 and payment of remuneration to him. |
