1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2016.
2. To Consider and approve preferential allotment of shares.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per Security Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Shares will remain closed for the all the designated employees including the Directors of the Company from July 14, 2016 to July 23, 2016 (Both days inclusive). |
