Please be intimated that the previous Book Closures / Record Date of the Company was from Friday, 15th September, 2017 to Thursday, 28th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2016-2017 and payment of First Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2017-2018.
