A copy of the same is enclosed herewith. Audit Report issued by M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 117364W) Statutory Auditors who have expressed an unmodified opinion. A copy of the aforesaid Audit Report and declaration as required under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed herewith; Further, the Board of Directors of the Company has proposed not to recommend any dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2017.
