| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/08/2016 14:13:28 | Keerthi Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2016, inter- alia, the following business were duly considered and approved by the Board:
1. Approval of the Resignation of Sri. Y. Venkateswara Rao as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. July 30, 2016.
2. Ratified, in pursuance of Section 188 (3) of the Companies Act, 2013, a non material related party transaction of an amount of Rs. 300000/- p.a. entered into by the Company with relative of its Executive Directors.
3. Approved the Rematerialization of Unclaimed shares (as requested by the claimant) and transfer the shares from “Keerthi Industries Ltd - Unclaimed Securities Suspense Account” to the respective rightful claimants. |
