| Exchange Disseminated Time | Usha Martin Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 along with Limited Review Report of Auditors pursuant to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.
Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the trading window of the Company will be closed with effect from January 23, 2015 to January 31, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
