The financial results may be submitted by 14th December 2017.
We request you to note that the Company would be availing the extension and accordingly the Board Meeting for approval of Un-audited Financial Results for quarter ended September, 2017 will be held on or before 14th December 2017.
The exact date of the meeting will be intimated to stock exchange as and when decided by the Board.
