The said new set of Articles of Association are adopted to bring the same in line with the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder and to make certain changes thereto. The same are also available on the Company's website (www.maraloverseas.com).
The aforesaid set of new Articles of Association are attached herewith as per Annexure 1 and certified true copy of resolution related to adoption of new set of Articles of Association along with explanatory statement are also attached as per Annexure 2.
