| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/10/2016 13:16:44 | | With reference to the earlier letter dated August 30, 2016 regarding Acquisition of Business Undertaking of Gujarat Flavours Private Limited ("GFPL") comprising of Flavours Division, S H Kelkar and Company Ltd has now informed BSE that on October 26, 2016, Keva Flavours Pvt. Ltd., subsidiary of the Company, has executed a Business Transfer Agreement ("BTA") with GFPL for acquisition of the Business Undertaking of GFPL comprising of Flavours Division with effect from the Closing Date i.e. a day no later than December 01, 2016 or such other date as may be agreed between the parties to the BTA. |
