1. Approved the resignation of Shri R. S. Patel as an Independent Director and chairman of the Company with effect from December 01, 2015.
2. Appointed Shri Hemal Rohitkumar shah as an Additional Director on the board of the Company and also appointed him as Whole Time Director of the Company for the period of one year.
3. Approved the appointment of Shri/ Hemal Sadiwala as "Company Secretary & Compliance Officer" of the Company with effect from December 05, 2015 in place of the earlier appointment of "Company Secretary & Compliance Officer" approved vide resolution passed at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 06, 2015. |
