Sub: Intimation of closure of trading window
We wish to inform you that in terms of the Bosch Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 23.12.2017 for the purpose of announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 31.12.2017.
