1. To consider and issue Non-Convertible Debentures pursuant to Sections 42, 71 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. To consider issuance of warrants, pursuant to section 62(1) (c) read with section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013.
3. To fix the date and time for convening an Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company, to seek members approval for item (1) and (2) above. |
