4. Mr. Naresh Chandra
5. Mr. Bhaskara Nageswararao Mandavilli
Further, the Company inform that Mr. Naresh Chandra, Director of the Company had vide his letter dated September 01, 2014, expressed his willingness to continue as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company which was duly noted by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on September 10, 2014. |
