Keeping in view the relevant provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and JSWHL Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window will be closed from January 23, 2016 to February 04, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall open on February 05, 2016
