1. Appointment of Mr. M. Basha as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from August 01, 2014.
Further, the Company has informed that Mr. Sreedhar Babu Kanuri, Compliance officer of the Company and in charge of Accounts and Finance was appointed as Chief Financial officer of the Company pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, with effect from May 29, 2014. |
