The details of voting results of the Postal Ballot (including voting by electronic means) in respect of the Ordinary Resolution for Approving the Issue of Bonus Shares, contained in the Postal ballot Notice dated 13th November, 2017 is enclosed in the format prescribed under Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
