| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mawana Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2012 have approved that pursuant to the approval of the Rework Package of the Company by CDR Empowered Group, the Company will issue fresh equity shares to the extent of Rs. 6.29 crores to M/s. Usha International Limited, one of the Promoters of the Company on a "preferential basis" in accordance with the Guidelines for "Preferential Issues" contained in Chapter VII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 including any Statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being In force.
The above issue of equity shares shall be subject to the necessary approval from Shareholders, Stock Exchanges and other Statutory Authorities. |
