| Exchange Disseminated Time | Exide Industries Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company, which were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 29, 2013 :
1. Mr. T. V. Ramanathan, Managing Director & CEO, will retire from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business of April 30, 2013.
2. Mr. P. K. Kataky, presently Director-Automotive, has been appointed as Managing Director & CEO with effect from May 01, 2013.
3. Mr. Gautam Chatterjee, presently Director-Industrial, has been appointed as Joint Managing Director with effect from May 01, 2013 and will head the Automotive and Submarine batteries business with effect from May 01, 2013.
4. Mr. Subir Chakraborty has been appointed as an additional and wholetime Director, designated as Director- Industrial, with effect from May 01, 2013 and will be responsible for the Industrial Battery business.
In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Press Release regarding changes in the Board of Directors of the Company. |
