| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maxwell Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 09, 2014, to approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 and to consider and recommend dividend on equity shares of the Company.
Pursuant to Regulation 12(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, and in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from May 05, 2014 till the expiry of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results. |
