Athmaram, who was appointed as Executive Director of the Bank by the Central Government vide its notification dated August 07, 2013, in terms of Section 9 (3)(A) of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980 read with Clause 3(1) and Clause 8(1) of the Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980 has ceased to be a Director of the Bank with effect from October 31, 2016 upon his attaining superannuation. |
