| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2011, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2010.
2. To consider and approve the draft Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement of the subsidiaries of the Company, M.P.Chini Industries Ltd. and Parvati Tea Co. Ltd. with the Company u/s.391 & 394 of the Companies Act, 1956. This is subject to the approval of the Scheme by the Stock Exchanges, Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta and the shareholders and others as may be required under the law. |
