1. The Board discussed & approved the policy for preservation of documents and policy for archival of documents.
2. The Board discussed & approved the policy for determining the materiality of events or information.
The Company does not have any subsidiary and hence has not formulated a policy on material subsidiary as stipulated under clause 16(1)(c). |
