to the equity shareholders of Hyderabad Flextech Ltd. The equity shareholders of
Hyderabad Flextech Ltd. will get one equity share of Rs. 10/- each of Keerthi Industries Ltd. for every forty five equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held by them as on Record Date as per the Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Hon'ble Court of Andhra Pradesh Vide its Order Dt. January 19, 2010. |
