| Exchange Disseminated Time | Glittek Granites Ltd has informed BSE that Independent Director in their separate meeting held on March 20, 2015, has done performance evaluation of non-Independent Director and others in line with the requirement of clause 49 of the listing agreement read with applicable provisions of schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013.
The following items of the Agenda were discussed:
1. Review the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a Whole.
2. Review the Performance of the Chairperson of the Company, taking into account the views of executive directors and non- executive directors.
3. Assess the Quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the Company management and the Board that is necessary for the Board to effectively and reasonably perform their duties. |
