| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gufic Biosciences Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:
"The Auditors are unable to express their opinion on the recoverability and consequently provision of the specific debts outstanding for more than one year, aggregating to Rs 249.87 lacs. However, in the opinion of the management, the same are good and recoverable and thus no provision is required in respect thereof." |
