1. Recommended renewal in the remuneration of Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain, Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Dinesh Kumar Jain, Vice Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. Vijay Kumar Jain, Joint Managing Director of the Company and the approval of members to be obtained by the postal ballot process. The cut-off date for the purpose of the postal Ballot is November 13, 2015.
2. Mr. Suresh Kumar, Practicing Company Secretary has been appointed as Scrutinizer to conduct the postal ballot voting process.
3. Mr. Kanai Lal Ghorui, Associate Vice President (F&A) is appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and also as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) w.e.f. November 13, 2015.
4. Appointment of Mr. Santosh Kumar Sharma as Company Secretary w.e.f. November 02, 2015 was noted and also he is appointed as Key Management Personnel (KMP) from November 13, 2015. |
