1. Adoption of Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.
2. Declaration of Final dividend.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Shyam Malhotra & Mr. Rohit Chand (Directors retiring by rotation) as Directors of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of M/s. N K Goel & Co., Chartered Accountants, (auditors retiring by rotation) as Statutory Auditors of the Company. |
