Further, as per Closure of Trading Window in terms o SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading window will be closed for the Directors, Employees and Auditors of the Company from November 07, 2016 till November 10, 2016 (both days inclusive) and the Directors, Employees and Auditors including their dependants are therefore not permitted to deal in the shares of the Company till November 10, 2016. |
