| Exchange Disseminated Time | | CyberTech Systems and Software Ltd has informed BSE that members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the resolution relating to purchase of Company's own fully paid equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each not exceeding 66,17,836 equity shares of the Company at a fixed price of Rs 12/- per equity share through the Tender Offer Mechanism for Buy-Back ('the Buy-Back') and the total aggregate amount to be expended by the Company for the Buy-Back not exceeding Rs 1266.71 Lakhs, i.e. upto a limit of 25% of the total paid up share capital and free reserves of the Company and not exceeding 25% of the total paid up equity capital as per the audited Balance Sheet as on March 31,2009, with requisite majority. |
