| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/10/2016 14:47:44 | Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half - year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2).
2. Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half - year ended September 30, 2016; and
3. Payment of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2017.
Further, with reference to the letter dated September 20, 2016, the trading window of the Company in accordance with the “Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders” (hereinafter referred to as the “Code of Conduct”), is closed upto October 27, 2016.
The same is being informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
- Investors Call / Meet:
The Company will hold Investors call / meet on October 25, 2016. During such call / meet, the management will comment on the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2016.
