| Exchange Disseminated Time | Lumax Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on the May 23, 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
1. Nominated Mr. Shrutikant Rustagi as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 23, 2015 consequent to the Resignation of Mr. Sanjay Mehta, erstwhile Chief Financial Officer.
2. The Company has formulated and adopted a Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading & Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished price Sensitive information as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015. The code of fair Disclosure has been uploaded on the website of the Company i.e. www.lumaxindustries.com.
