1. To consider and take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2009.
2. To consider and declare an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2009-10, subject to the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
3. To consider and approve, the proposal for buy-back of equity shares of the Company under Section 77A of the Companies Act, 1956 and Securities & Exchange Board of India (Buy-back of Securities) Regulations, 1998. |
