| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended on December 31, 2014, to take on record the Limited Review Report for the said quarter and to consider and declare the Third Interim Dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2014-15 and the matters connected therewith.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company was earlier closed from January 23, 2015 to February 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) has been extended to February 14, 2015, for the Directors and Key Management Personnel of the Company. |
