- To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial result for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for designated employees of the Company shall remain closed from November 01, 2015 and shall reopen on November 11, 2015.
