Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed for 'Designated Person' under the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading from August 01, 2016 to August 10, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
