Sub. : Shareholders' Approval for reclassification of Promoter and Promoter Group.
This is to inform you that the shareholders of Man Industries (India) Limited (the 'Company') at the 29th Annual General Meeting ('meeting') held on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 have approved the reclassification of the equity shares held by JCM Group, comprising of 6.73% shares in the name of Mr. Jagdishchandra Mansukhani, his relatives Ms. Anita Mansukhani, Ms. Priyal Mansukhani ('JCM and his relatives') and the entities controlled by JCM and his relatives viz. Man Steel and Power Limited and JPA Solutions Private Limited (JCM and Persons acting in concert') from the category of 'Promoter and Promoter Group' to the category of 'Public' and have authorized the Board of Directors of the Company to take necessary steps to seek reclassification of the said shareholdings from the stock exchanges.
