A meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, February 5, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015 in connection with trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Insiders shall remain closed from Monday, January 29, 2018 to Wednesday, February 7, 2018 (both days inclusive) i.e. will reopen after 48 hours from the results are being made public. |
