This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on 14th October, 2017 to consider the Report of Technical committee and the Fund Raising committee related to further Expansion programme and to consider resignation of Company Secretary.
