| Exchange Disseminated Time | Precision Wires India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:
1. To consider and to take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter & Nine months ended December 31, 2014 (Q3) of financial year 2014-2015 and to consider recommendation of Interim Dividend, if any for FY 2014-15.
2. To consider Re-appointment of Shri Milan M. Mehta as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, whose tenure expires on March 31, 2015, w.e.f. April 01, 2015 for further period of three years, subject to regulatory approvals.
3. Appointment of an Additional Independent Women Director on the Board.
4. Constitution of CSR Committee.
5. Expansion of Production Capacity.
Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Precision Wires India Limited, the 'Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from with immediate effect up to and including the close of February 11, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
