| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/07/2016 17:42:38 | Hitech Plast Ltd has informed BSE that in a view of ensuing Board Meeting for approval of Financial Statements for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016 and pursuant to the Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding the Trading Window disclosure by the Companies as well as the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the Code, from Thursday, July 21, 2016 to Thursday, August 04, 2016 (both the days inclusive). The Trading Window will open on Friday, August 05, 2016.
