| Exchange Disseminated Time | JCT Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1) after Limited Review.
Further, in compliance with the ‘Code of Conduct for Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’ adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the shares of the Company by designated persons, as defined in Code, shall be closed from August 05, 2015 to August 15, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
