1. Adoption of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet of the Corporation for the year ended on March 31, 2008 along with Auditors' Report thereon, Report of the Board of Directors, Management Discussion & Analysis Report, Report on Corporate Governance and Compliance Certificate thereon.
2. Re-appointment of M/s. R S Patel & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as Auditors of the Corporation to hold office from the conclusion of 48th Annual General Meeting till, the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
